Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Full written and verbal proficiency in French, Italian & English to communicate with users and partners.
- Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry
