Foundry for Good is hiring a Customer / Upsell Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Foundry for Good is seeking a Customer / Upsell Marketing Specialist to join our mission-driven team. We are a 100% self-funded company building businesses that do good. You will be lifecycle-obsessed, focused on maximizing customer adoption, retention, and expansion through targeted programs and campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Map the post-sale customer journey, identifying key moments to educate, delight, and upsell.
  • Build multichannel programs (email, in-app, webinars, events) that drive feature adoption and contract growth.
  • Cultivate customer advocates for case studies, testimonials, and peer-to-peer referrals.
  • Segment accounts by health, usage, and intent to trigger targeted messaging.
  • Provide Customer Success Managers with nurture tracks, renewal/upsell materials, and product-usage insights.
  • Track churn, net revenue retention, and upsell metrics; present findings and iterate on strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing for a SaaS product.
  • Strong copywriting and project-management skills.
  • Comfort collaborating closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Hubspot.
  • Familiarity with upsell messaging and segmentation strategies.
  • Comfortability with marketing-automation, product-usage analytics, and CRM workflows.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the President of the company. You'll be part of a 40+ team member group in the Philippines and work collaboratively with talented colleagues in both the US and the Philippines.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Starting salary: ₱100,000/month, with increases based on experience and performance.
  • 20 days of paid vacation time accrued annually.
