Responsibilities
- Address user inquiries promptly, professionally, and in alignment with internal policies
- Monitor real-time communication platforms such as Trollbox and Telegram as needed
- Conduct verification of submitted documents following established protocols
- Identify and forward complex cases to appropriate teams for resolution
- Collaborate with internal departments across technical, sales, marketing, and control functions in multiple regions
- Contribute to maintaining and improving help center resources and support articles
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer support processes and experiences
