Experian is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this remote role based in Arkansas, you will directly help consumers understand their credit products and subscription memberships, empowering them to make confident financial decisions. You’ll be part of our mission to provide accurate, compliant, and educational support.
What You'll Do
- Interpret and respond to customer requests by understanding their needs and identifying actions to achieve their objective quickly.
- Use systems to capture consumer data and actions with accuracy and compliance.
- Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
- Provide information about credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings; advocate for solutions to help callers improve their creditworthiness.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months' experience working in a contact center or customer service related position.
- High school diploma or GED.
- High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload).
- Designated work space and ability to be on camera.
- Very good computer skills and proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills.
- Pass an Employee Background Screen including criminal background check, previous employment and education verification, credit check, and drug screen.
- Work 8-hour shifts anywhere between 7 am - 9 pm, with some overnight shifts available.
- Work any day of the week including Saturday and Sunday.
- Be available during the first 5 weeks of training for Monday-Friday 8 am -5 pm.
