What You'll Do
Support clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg with a focus on delivering clear, effective solutions. You'll respond to inquiries, diagnose system-related issues, and guide users through resolutions using strong problem-solving abilities. By maintaining patient, professional communication, you’ll help strengthen client trust and long-term engagement. You’ll collaborate with a global support team while delivering service tailored to German-speaking users.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to quickly understand and resolve technical issues
- Demonstrated empathy and composure when working with clients
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal or Cape Town, South Africa
- Experience supporting software users in a service-oriented environment
