VELUX Group is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to serve customers and installer partners in Germany and Austria. In this role, you will be the primary contact point for sales, service, and support before and after purchase.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer queries and sales leads via phone, email, and chat
- Follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales
- Support installer partners with account management
- Handle order processing and resolve issues on marketplaces like Amazon and eBay
- Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to maintain high service levels
- Contribute to customer service tools and improvement projects
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and good English communication skills
- Comfort using MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales, customer support, or order management
- Familiarity with the DIY or home improvement sector
