Next Job Abroad is looking for German speakers for customer support roles across multiple projects. The role involves communicating with customers via multiple channels, ensuring case resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand. The position offers flexibility in location within Greece, including remote options.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
What We're Looking For
- German language proficiency
Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. You can work from locations including Athens, Chania, Thessaloniki, or remotely from anywhere in Greece. Most have the option to work remote from Greece.
