Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a team supporting a major automotive company. In this role, you will assist customers in Germany and other German-speaking regions with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order processing and service-related questions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and effectively in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and follow up on customer requests.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, products, and company offerings to provide informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

- Previous experience preferably within the automotive industry.
- English language skills are a plus.
