Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to be the frontline ambassador for our brand. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service in German through phone, email, and chat.
