Grow Talent is hiring a Customer Support Representative fluent in German and Dutch to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. You will ensure inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally, contributing to a high-quality support experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier support via email, chat, and phone in German and Dutch.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with accuracy and empathy.
- Guide users through platform features or common tasks.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

- Fluency in German and Dutch (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
