Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator to elevate our customer support and actively shape the growth of our SaaS startup. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and act as an interface to our Customer Success team.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and ticket system, ensuring quick and competent solutions.
- Continuously develop and optimize the support infrastructure in our Help Center together with the team.
- Work closely with Customer Success and other departments such as software development, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Actively solicit and evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve our services.
- Participate in projects to further develop internal processes and contribute to product optimization.
