Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and precise responses to user inquiries through live chat and email channels.
- Reach out to inactive users and potential leads to confirm resolution of their concerns.
- Anticipate user requirements and assist in setting up specific tools or functionalities.
- Investigate technical issues by simulating user behavior or testing various conditions, then document findings.
- Collect input on features, user workarounds, and suggestions, and propose product enhancements.
- Maintain compassion and problem-solving effectiveness while managing several active conversations.
