Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and precise responses to user inquiries through live chat and email channels.
  • Reach out to inactive users and potential leads to confirm resolution of their concerns.
  • Anticipate user requirements and assist in setting up specific tools or functionalities.
  • Investigate technical issues by simulating user behavior or testing various conditions, then document findings.
  • Collect input on features, user workarounds, and suggestions, and propose product enhancements.
  • Maintain compassion and problem-solving effectiveness while managing several active conversations.

  • This is a direct, permanent hire position.
