About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide timely and effective support to Russian-speaking customers, addressing questions and resolving issues across various communication platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Russian with accuracy and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account or service-related problems
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Follow company procedures for handling complaints and feedback
  • Assist in translating support materials when needed
  • Ensure all communication meets quality and tone standards
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
