Invisible Technologies is hiring a Customer Support Agent (Fluent in Spanish) - Freelance Project

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately in both English and Spanish through phone, email, and live chat to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Support customers with account setup, integration issues, and general product questions.
  • Provide clear and correct information about retirement plan options including 401k, IRA, and Profit Sharing Plans.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Use Zend游戏副本, Aircall, and internal CRM tools to log, track, and manage customer interactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate issues effectively and enhance service quality.
