What You'll Do
You will take ownership of the customer journey, guiding clients from initial onboarding through renewal and expansion. As their primary contact, you’ll build trust by understanding their goals, monitoring progress, and identifying opportunities to add value. Your insights will help shape product evolution and improve the overall experience.
You’ll track customer health using dashboards and key performance indicators, stepping in when needed to ensure satisfaction. By conducting regular check-ins and structured interviews, you’ll uncover needs, address concerns, and support upsell initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams—including product and marketing—to align client feedback with company priorities.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in customer-facing, sales, or operations roles
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Notion
- Proven willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Fluency in both Italian and English

Compensation
Base salary range of €30,000–€40,000 OTE, including a performance-based bonus structure and an equity package designed to align your growth with the company’s long-term trajectory.

This role operates in hybrid mode, with primary location in Milan, offering flexibility between remote work and in-person engagement.
