Sleek is hiring a Customer Success Manager (Remote: PH) to help achieve our revenue targets by securing renewals and growth within our existing clientele. Your core mission is to own renewal, upsell, and upgrade processes while ensuring a high-trust customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Achieve monthly renewal rate and cash collection targets through renewal, upsell, and upgrades.
- Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions, collaborating cross-functionally to drive resolution and process improvements.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction that supports trust, retention, and seamless renewals.
- Manage your own pipeline in a data-driven manner, prioritizing ticket resolution to drive monthly targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounting, corpsec, product, data) to refine renewal processes and share best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales, Accounting, or Customer Success Management.
- Located in the Philippines.
- Sales-driven with a strong sense of ownership, humility, and structured thinking.
- Target-focused, data-driven, and able to have tough conversations in a positive way.
- Strong language proficiency in English is required.
- An excellent listener and clear communicator who is customer-centric.
- Proven problem-solving, collaboration-driven, and autonomous/entrepreneurial skills.
