Quality Enclosures is hiring a Customer Success & Office Coordinator

This role is central to maintaining smooth customer interactions and efficient office operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll ensure every inquiry is handled professionally and promptly. You'll track order progress, update customers on delivery timelines, and coordinate pickups, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track open orders, backorders, and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Communicate regularly with customers about order status, deliveries, and documentation
  • Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to address customer needs
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and actions taken
  • Support sales operations by providing account updates and order information
  • Manage front desk duties including greeting guests, answering calls, and handling walk-in paperwork
  • Collect signatures or payments as needed and maintain office supplies
  • Prepare sample kits, brochures, and other materials for customer use

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

Preferred Background

  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems

Work Environment

This is an onsite position located in Central Islip, NY. The role requires consistent presence during business hours to support both customer-facing and operational functions.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00, based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) options, paid time off, and life insurance.
