Imnoo AG is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our mission of radically simplifying complex processes and shaping the digital future of the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be pivotal in maximizing customer value through proactive engagement and process improvement.
What You'll Do
- Provide active and continuous care for existing customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Build and develop the Customer Success function for new and existing products.
- Implement and continuously improve digital onboarding and enablement processes.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling potential with existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer behavior and systematically capture customer needs.
- Test, verify, and implement new functionalities with customers in a structured way.
- Build processes, templates, and tools to scale and professionalize Customer Success.
- Provide technical guidance and coordinate internal service for Customer Engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of active, solution-oriented customer care.
- Structured, independent work style and ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility for topics and customers.
- Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written.
- Comfortable in a scale-up culture, willing to go the extra mile and actively drive topics forward.
- Enjoy making customers successful and achieving measurable results in Customer Success.
- Interest in the manufacturing industry, SaaS, artificial intelligence, or digital processes.
Nice to Have
- First experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Onboarding, or a SaaS environment.
- Experience in building and implementing customer onboarding and enablement processes.
