- Plan and lead business review meetings, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support client objectives.
- Analyze customer usage data to detect risks, uncover expansion potential, and support sustainable growth and continued engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to resolve client challenges and advance desired business results.
- Report and escalate customer concerns through proper channels to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, assess needs, and coordinate internal follow-up actions.
- Spot inefficiencies in internal workflows and suggest practical improvements.
