Ron Turley Associates LLC is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Fleet Software Sherpa) to work closely with customers, increasing product adoption and ensuring successful fleet operations. You will be a key part of both company and client success by ensuring customers have everything they need to effectively utilize RTA Software.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to guide customers on best practices and solutions.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Use emotional intelligence to analyze issues, evaluate solutions, and implement plans.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of work experience in Fleet Management OR at least 2 years’ experience in a SaaS organization in a customer-facing role.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office products and CRM Software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and team-oriented.
- Good follow-up skills, adaptability to process changes, and a strong sense of ownership.
- 2+ years of Customer Success Experience.
- Experience in a SaaS environment with B2B customers.
- Comfortable working with clients via phone and Zoom meetings.
Nice to Have
- Fleet management experience.
- Bonus points for each book read by Patrick Lencioni.

- Compensation: $80k - $90k Base Pay (depending on experience) + Bonus
