Vanta is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Strategic

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving customer success, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their needs and satisfaction.
  • Work with the product team to gather customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
  • Create and deliver customer success presentations and workshops.
  • Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts, developing and executing plans to mitigate risk.
  • Manage customer onboarding and implementation processes to ensure successful adoption.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on customer success metrics and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain customer success documentation and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the support team to resolve customer issues and escalations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for customer advocacy and reference programs.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build customer relationships.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop customer success content and case studies.
  • Provide training and coaching to new customer success team members.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage customer contracts and renewals.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Provide input on customer success strategies and initiatives.
  • Work with the legal team to manage customer agreements and contracts.
