As a Customer Success Manager, SaaS/Renewables in Spain, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining strategic customer relationships. You'll listen to and anticipate customers' evolving business needs, articulate our vision, and drive value realization.
What You'll Do
- Manage the client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional resources (Product, Development, Engineering, Sales) on behalf of the customer’s interests.
- Maintain a complete understanding of our products and service offerings.
- Demonstrate a programmatic approach in planning and execution.
- Create and improve policies and procedures that optimize customer experience.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by representing their perspectives in areas like Product Roadmap and Technical Support.
- Monitor and track performance of customer accounts according to key metrics (user adoption, satisfaction, retention, financial performance).
- Work in partnership with the Sales team to extend expanded services and support organic growth.
- Serve as an escalation point for support tickets to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
- Facilitate training sessions with multiple user groups to increase platform adoption.
- Conduct discovery and investigations alongside users to facilitate platform integration into their business processes.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in project management, business process development, or professional experience with B2B SaaS.
- Experience in the Renewable Energy industry (Solar/Wind/Storage) is a must.
- Experience in managing large accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong relationship management skills and customer focus.
- Solution-oriented strategic thinker; takes responsibility and drives resolution.
- Ability to think technically and manage both tactical details and strategic goals.
- Excellent, professional communication skills in English.
- Enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic, mission-driven team.
Nice to Have
- Ability to communicate in French, German, or Spanish is an asset.
