Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Solutions Consultant fluent in both Czech and English. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their specific business challenges and provide tailored solutions that drive success. You will be instrumental in helping clients implement effective strategies while fostering long-term, collaborative partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Craft detailed proposal documents that outline the solutions and benefits our services offer.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the implementation of solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients following project completion to ensure optimal use and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to share informed insights and recommendations with clients.
- Document all stages of client interactions, project details, and deliverable outcomes to ensure transparency.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients throughout the solution lifecycle, fostering a collaborative partnership.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in solutions consulting or a related field that emphasizes client relations.
- Strong knowledge of solution design and the delivery process.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagements.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
- A passion for building relationships and providing exceptional client service.
