SwiftStart is hiring a Head of Marketing to build and execute our marketing strategy with a focus on organic growth, authority building, and lead generation. This role blends strategy and execution, requiring you to act as a thought leader, content creator, and growth driver.
What You'll Do
- Own SwiftStart's organic social media presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Create and post authentic, self-made content (thought leadership, case studies, client wins, industry insights) to position SwiftStart as an authority.
- Develop a social content calendar and manage consistency, quality, and analytics.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with key authority voices and influencers in eCommerce, retail, and CPG.
- Book the CEO and CRO on top industry podcasts, webinars, and events to expand reach and drive qualified leads.
- Scout opportunities for sponsorships (events, summits, newsletters, podcasts) that elevate brand visibility.
- Build and execute a scalable Webinar & VSL lead generation system—owning everything from ideation, messaging, design, promotion, and reporting.
- Expand and grow SwiftStart's newsletter into a high-value resource for eCommerce operators and brand founders.
- Test and optimize funnel strategies, including gated content, lead magnets, and retargeting campaigns.
- Identify and coordinate SwiftStart's participation in key trade shows and industry events.
- Represent SwiftStart at events to network with potential clients and partners.
- Build a calendar of relevant marketing initiatives (webinars, masterclasses, workshops).
- Define and safeguard SwiftStart's brand voice and positioning across all channels.
- Track marketing KPIs and report performance to leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
- Oversee and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and contractors/agencies to execute campaigns.
- Stay on top of trends in Amazon, retail, and performance marketing to keep SwiftStart at the forefront.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in B2B marketing, with proven success in agency or eCommerce SaaS/CPG services.
- Strong track record of driving inbound lead generation through organic channels.
- Confident content creator (comfortable on video, writing posts, and speaking at events).
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and IG growth mechanics.
- Experience booking and managing thought leadership opportunities (podcasts, webinars, speaking gigs).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative storyteller with strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing for Amazon service providers or eCommerce agencies.
- Existing network of connections with podcasters, influencers, and event organizers in the retail/eCommerce space.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, or email marketing automation tools.
