Fuse Universal is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own and lead all non-event marketing efforts. You will focus on scaling our brand, engaging buyers, and driving demand across digital channels with a strong emphasis on video content, AI-driven execution, and pipeline-focused marketing.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Fuse’s non-event growth marketing strategy across digital and organic channels.
- Develop a video-first content strategy in partnership with our internal content team.
- Use AI tools to scale content, personalize messaging, improve campaign efficiency, and stay ahead of digital trends.
- Optimize Fuse’s website and conversion journeys to reflect our value proposition and drive lead capture.
- Run segmented email marketing and nurture campaigns to engage, qualify, and convert leads.
- Partner with the Head of Events to ensure coordinated pre- and post-event campaigns.
- Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to support product launches and feature storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative to bring brand campaigns and content to life across channels.
- Align closely with the sales team to ensure messaging resonates with key personas.
- Measure performance across key KPIs with a sharp focus on pipeline growth and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven success in content-led marketing with a strong focus on video.
- Confident using AI marketing and automation tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and HubSpot AI.
- Solid grasp of SEO, content distribution, organic channels, and email marketing.
- Commercially focused and comfortable owning lead and pipeline metrics.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and basic video/design tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to drive initiatives independently.
- Strong collaborator, comfortable working across teams and functions.
- Creativity with a practical mindset for making ideas work.

- Experience ideally in SaaS, learning tech, or high-growth environments.
- Curiosity about the future of AI, digital marketing, and learning innovation.
