Sofindex is hiring for commission-based marketing and sales roles to help grow our fast-growing software startup. The candidates selected will be the first dedicated business professionals, building our client base from the ground up through research, content, and direct outreach. Your performance will directly shape your ongoing role and career path as the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Learn and apply real-world marketing and sales strategies.
- Act as the first marketing members in a startup environment.
- Help grow our client base through targeted research, content creation, and outreach.
- Earn commission on every closed deal you secure.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates or current undergraduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher in both writing and speaking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in Europe.
- Self-motivated, curious, and ready to learn.
Nice to Have
- Basic familiarity with technology services.
Team & Environment
The three to eight candidates chosen will be the only dedicated business professionals, working primarily surrounded by engineers and developers.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in the UK.
