Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Customer Success Manager to play a key role in helping clients unlock the full value of a leading SaaS solution. You'll combine client relationship management, consultative support, and product expertise to create a seamless experience that drives customer success.
What You'll Do
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers to ensure successful adoption and retention.
- Guide clients through onboarding, product configuration, and training to meet their unique needs.
- Provide ongoing consultative advice and best practices to maximize customer value.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and high-quality support.
- Act as the customer’s advocate internally, collaborating with product and leadership teams to address feedback and improve offerings.
- Use Salesforce and internal tools to manage customer relationships, track progress, and achieve service outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by actively engaging in activities, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Account Support, or a related role, ideally in software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and a customer-first mindset.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping customers succeed.
