Deel was looking for a Customer Success Manager, PEO

Deel is looking for a Customer Success Manager, PEO. You'll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting them into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments.
  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn.
  • Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
  • Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
  • Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Ability to work occasional shifts aligned with EMEA business hours to support global operations.
  • A past history of elite performance.
  • Previous experience advising customers (e.g., CS experience or advisory roles like consulting).
  • A strong desire to be in the technology space.
  • A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism.
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, able to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets.
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality.
  • A solid track record of achievement (e.g., success in a top-tier company, quantifiable business impact).
  • A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
  • Curious by nature and interested in making an impact.

Nice to Have

  • Strong preference for experience with Professional Employer Organizations and managing related HR, payroll, and compliance functions.
