Docebo is hiring a Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Charge: Own the entire customer retention strategy by proactively reducing churn, driving deep product adoption, and skyrocketing satisfaction scores.
  • Architect Success: Act as a trusted advisor, educating and inspiring customers with industry best practices and creative solutions to their most complex business problems.
  • Master the Platform: Become a certified pro at our technology, effortlessly demonstrating new features and configuring the product to meet high-level presentation needs.
  • Engineer Outcomes: Partner with customers to define, track, and crush their success KPIs throughout every single phase of their journey with Docebo.
  • Mitigate the Risk: Use your keen eye for detail to identify potential roadblocks early, implementing swift strategies to ensure a smooth, risk-free customer experience.
  • Cultivate Champions: Turn satisfied users into vocal brand advocates who are excited to participate in marketing initiatives and share their success stories.
  • Collaborate for Growth: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify up-sell opportunities and ensure the 'Docebo Heart' is felt at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • SaaS Navigator: You bring a proven track record of managing a renewable book of business within the SaaS world, specifically within the e-learning or L&D industry.
  • Bilingual Connector: You are professionally fluent in both Italian and English, possessing the ability to navigate complex business discussions and build deep rapport in both languages.
  • Tech-Savvy Specialist: You have a solid grasp of enterprise systems (SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS) and a foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Salesforce Native: You are comfortable navigating CRM tools, with a strong preference for those who already know their way around Salesforce.
