Job Purpose: An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Customer Success Manager & Trainer to join the NATO Team, driving advisory services and expanding intelligence environments. We seek a highly motivated professional comfortable enhancing data-driven OSINT intelligence products and training for NATO operations, planning, and intelligence domains. The incumbent will serve as a critical component of NATO Customer Success, facilitating liaison and training, identifying intelligence requirements, solutions, and administrative support to strengthen the NATO-organizational relationship. The primary objective is supporting the NATO security environment through direct stakeholder engagement, outreach, coordination, training, exercises, intelligence support, and internal progress reporting. Note: This role can be performed remotely within the Netherlands or on a hybrid basis.
