About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding enterprise customers to achieve their operational goals using the platform, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities through trusted advisory and success planning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers in the region
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and value delivery
- Collaborate with support and professional services to resolve critical issues
- Identify expansion potential and coordinate with sales teams
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
- Onboard new clients with structured implementation guidance
- Deliver best practice recommendations based on industry experience
- Track and report on customer health scores and renewal readiness
- Manage stakeholder relationships across technical and executive levels
- Escalate product issues with clear documentation and context
- Maintain accurate account records in CRM systems
- Coordinate cross-functional resources during critical customer initiatives
- Ensure compliance with contractual service expectations
- Drive adoption through training and change management support
- Gather and share customer feedback for product improvement
- Support reference program participation and case study development
- Monitor contract renewals and facilitate renewal processes
- Promote customer advocacy and retention strategies
