Responsibilities
- Oversee a dedicated set of mid-market clients and ensure they realize the full benefits of the platform
- Develop lasting client relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and guide optimal usage
- Engage directly with executives or founders, understand strategic goals, and take initiative to support their progress
- Guide clients through their journey, focusing on growth, renewal, and account expansion
- Detect potential issues early, lead constructive problem-solving conversations, and maintain high satisfaction
- Examine customer usage patterns to inform targeted actions that improve outcomes
- Encourage active participation among users, gather success examples, and promote effective strategies
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a unified customer experience
