LeanTaaS is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team focused on the iQueue for Inpatient Flow product. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage the post-sales relationship and strategic success for assigned customer accounts
- Drive product adoption and utilization to ensure clients achieve their operational and financial goals
- Develop and execute success plans aligned to customer objectives and KPIs
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams on renewals and growth
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams
- Proactively monitor customer health and address risks to ensure high retention and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or strategic consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving adoption
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer data into actionable insights and success plans
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex client challenges
