RevolutionParts is hiring a Customer Success Manager II, SMB to own the success of our small business customers. You will manage a dedicated portfolio, ensuring customers achieve their goals and maximize value from our platform. This full-time position is part of our remote Customer Experience team.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of small business customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Proactively ensure customer success, adoption, and retention with our platform.
- Onboard new customers and provide ongoing training and strategic guidance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, specifically with SMB clients.
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while maintaining strong individual relationships.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on clear, proactive, and empathetic outreach.
- Data-driven approach to tracking customer health, identifying risks, and driving outcomes.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of thriving in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
