Join Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG as a Customer Success Manager (gn), where you will act as an enabler, companion, and the voice of our customers. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our SaaS product by understanding their goals and providing expert consulting and support.
What You'll Do
- Support customers from initial onboarding through long-term collaboration.
- Understand customer challenges and demonstrate how to create real value with our product.
- Conduct regular check-ins, gather feedback, and develop solutions for customers.
- Work closely with product and support teams to relay customer insights.
- Identify and strategically use upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in customer interaction (support, account management, or consulting).
- Ability to explain, listen, and communicate on equal footing in German.
- Structured and self-driven working style.
- Technical understanding to grasp our digital product and guide customers effectively.
- Enthusiasm for building and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
