About the Role
This role is responsible for managing relationships with enterprise-level agency clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the platform through onboarding, training, strategic guidance, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle for enterprise agency accounts
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure rapid platform adoption
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic client inquiries
- Monitor client usage patterns and identify opportunities for expansion
- Develop success plans aligned with client business objectives
- Coordinate with product and support teams to resolve complex issues
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to assess performance and goals
- Identify and mitigate risks related to customer retention
- Advocate for client needs within the organization
- Track and report on key customer health metrics
- Facilitate training sessions for new and existing users
- Guide clients through feature adoption and best practices
- Maintain detailed account records in CRM system
- Collaborate with sales on renewal and upsell opportunities
