About the Role

This role is responsible for managing relationships with enterprise-level agency clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the platform through onboarding, training, strategic guidance, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle for enterprise agency accounts
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure rapid platform adoption
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic client inquiries
  • Monitor client usage patterns and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Develop success plans aligned with client business objectives
  • Coordinate with product and support teams to resolve complex issues
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to assess performance and goals
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to customer retention
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization
  • Track and report on key customer health metrics
  • Facilitate training sessions for new and existing users
  • Guide clients through feature adoption and best practices
  • Maintain detailed account records in CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales on renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Gather client feedback for product improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Respond to urgent client escalations promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and media landscape
  • Support the creation of customized reporting dashboards
  • Drive adoption of advanced platform capabilities
  • Promote customer advocacy and referenceability
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources for client projects
