The Agile Monkeys is hiring a Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with clients across our consulting and SaaS business lines. You will ensure clients receive maximum benefit from our solutions while securing our position as their trusted AI expert. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, technical understanding, and strategic growth.

What You'll Do

Build compelling narratives for each client and project to make our impact visible through effective storytelling.
Scope projects for clients and brief technical teams, requiring a solid technical understanding.
Match AI opportunities with client needs and our products using your knowledge of AI trends and developments.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive growth.
Work closely with the technical team to build and refine client pitches.

What We're Looking For

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in both consulting and SaaS environments.
Skill in making a company's impact visible and tangible to key stakeholders.
Experience identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop client-facing proposals.
Understanding of the technical contexts clients operate in and how AI can solve their challenges.
Knowledgeable about AI and committed to staying current on all trends and developments in the field.
Sufficient understanding of software development to scope projects and brief technical teams effectively.
