Hospitable is looking for a Customer Success Manager to make customers raving fans of our product and company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving upsells, and serving as the voice of the customer within Hospitable.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers to assess software use and identify challenges.
- Keep customers informed about product developments and upcoming features.
- Proactively identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with customer goals.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the company to ensure feedback is acted upon.
- Monitor customer health metrics and report on satisfaction and retention.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within a SaaS or software company.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience identifying upsell opportunities and a proven track record of meeting upsell targets.
- Comfortable working with software tools and providing technical guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams like product, support, and marketing.

Benefits & Compensation
- For contractors: USD $64,800 - $101,000. For US employees: gross salary USD $55,080 to $85,850.
