About the Role
The Customer Success Manager will partner with clients to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success with the platform. This includes onboarding, ongoing support, strategic planning, and advocacy to ensure clients meet their educational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Guide clients through onboarding and implementation processes
- Monitor client usage and engagement with the platform
- Identify opportunities to increase product utilization
- Develop success plans tailored to client goals
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
- Collaborate with support and technical teams to resolve issues
- Track and report on client health metrics
- Escalate product feedback to internal teams
- Support renewal and expansion discussions
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM
- Proactively communicate updates and best practices
- Coordinate training sessions for client teams
- Advocate for client needs within the organization
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Promote customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about industry trends in digital education
- Work with marketing on client success stories
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
