About the Role

The Customer Success Manager will partner with clients to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success with the platform. This includes onboarding, ongoing support, strategic planning, and advocacy to ensure clients meet their educational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation processes
  • Monitor client usage and engagement with the platform
  • Identify opportunities to increase product utilization
  • Develop success plans tailored to client goals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Collaborate with support and technical teams to resolve issues
  • Track and report on client health metrics
  • Escalate product feedback to internal teams
  • Support renewal and expansion discussions
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM
  • Proactively communicate updates and best practices
  • Coordinate training sessions for client teams
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Promote customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed about industry trends in digital education
  • Work with marketing on client success stories
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
