Vilgain is looking for a Customer Success Manager to advise and support clients in implementing and using our N2F expense management software. Your mission is to ensure client satisfaction through expert consulting and dedicated support, playing a key role in our fast-growing company’s expansion.
What You'll Do
- Analyze client needs to provide tailored guidance.
- Configure and set up the N2F solution for new and existing clients.
- Train client accounting and administrative teams on software usage.
- Report client needs and feedback to the development team.
- Respond to client requests via phone and the ticketing system.
- Analyze client inquiries to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Provide solutions and strategic advice on software usage.
- Document requests and share encountered issues with your team.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac+2 to Bac+5 level education.
- Strong motivation, rigor, and a high learning ability.
- Natural dynamism and a proactive, positive approach.
- Quick learner with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files or projects simultaneously.
- Organized and detail-oriented work style.
Nice to Have
- Experience with accounting software like EBP, Sage, Cegid, or SAP.
- Previous experience working for a software publisher.
- Background in an accounting firm.
- Successful experience as a software consultant or as a business referent for an IT project implementation (accounting, payroll).
