RebelMouse is looking for a proactive and bilingual Sales Development Representative to help grow our pipeline of potential clients. In this role, you'll be critical in sourcing, reaching out to, and nurturing leads for our sales team. We're a fully distributed company that values digital media, emerging tech, and meaningful human connection.
What You'll Do
- Identify, reach out to, and qualify leads to generate new meetings for the sales team
- Personalize verbal and written communication to meaningfully connect with leads
- Reach out to 100+ leads per week
- Accurately track your daily activity using the tools and platforms provided
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff process for leads
- Participate in introduction calls to support the sales team and take notes
- Follow up with prospects after introduction calls as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and refine your outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience in business development and/or sales
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and adaptability
- Comfort with evolving processes and working independently
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and CMS platforms
