Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of client accounts after onboarding, serving as the main contact throughout the lifecycle including renewals.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders by aligning with their objectives and ensuring success through AI agent performance.
  • Take initiative in managing contract renewals and identifying upsell potential, leading commercial discussions effectively.
  • Track ongoing account performance to detect early warning signs and intervene proactively to prevent issues.
  • Conduct scheduled performance reviews using analytics to show value and support client decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.
  • Provide structured feedback from clients to internal product and go-to-market teams for continuous improvement.
