Rillet is hiring a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-onboarding. You will own key relationships, support accounting and finance processes, and ensure industry-leading satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after onboarding and implementation are finalized.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution, partnering with Product and Engineering as needed.
- Support customers with their accounting and finance processes, guiding them on using Rillet as their business complexity grows.
- Own the process for maintaining relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Create and own the process for tracking and prioritizing customer needs with the Product team.
- Advocate for customers, understand their needs, and help them maximize Rillet's value through recommended best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in customer success at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience at a top-tier accounting firm and/or startup in a finance or accounting role.
- Experience building new processes from scratch.
- Proven work in a client-facing role with an uncompromisingly service-minded approach.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customers.
Nice to Have
- Startup experience.
- CPA certification.
- Experience with ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition.
- Experience with ERP or other accounting software implementations.
