Juicebox is hiring a Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the inaugural Customer Success Manager at the newly established London office
  • Support the development and implementation of operational processes for European markets
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and support their long-term success with the platform
  • Develop and refine customer renewal procedures to improve retention
  • Produce best practice documentation and maintain an up-to-date Knowledge Base
  • Address persistent client challenges while serving as a trusted advisor
  • Work closely with sales to identify opportunities for account growth
  • Deliver actionable insights from customer interactions to product and engineering teams

  • Base salary of 100-130K GBP, commensurate with experience
  • Commission structure available, leading to an OTE of 110K - 160K GBP
