Responsibilities
- Serve as the inaugural Customer Success Manager at the newly established London office
- Support the development and implementation of operational processes for European markets
- Guide new clients through onboarding and support their long-term success with the platform
- Develop and refine customer renewal procedures to improve retention
- Produce best practice documentation and maintain an up-to-date Knowledge Base
- Address persistent client challenges while serving as a trusted advisor
- Work closely with sales to identify opportunities for account growth
- Deliver actionable insights from customer interactions to product and engineering teams

- Base salary of 100-130K GBP, commensurate with experience
- Commission structure available, leading to an OTE of 110K - 160K GBP
