You will play a key role in ensuring customers get the most out of our platform by serving as their primary point of contact. Working closely with developers and marketers in China and other Asian markets, you'll help them understand how to use data for smarter decision-making around user acquisition, campaign performance, and attribution.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers with structured training sessions conducted in Mandarin, ensuring smooth adoption of platform features.
- Deliver ongoing support to help clients interpret reporting data, analyze campaign results, and optimize performance.
- Explain technical concepts like SDK integration, API connections, and attribution models to non-technical users.
- Identify customer needs and relay feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future development.
- Partner with sales to support renewals and expansion opportunities by demonstrating ongoing value.
- Work with marketing and product teams to develop guides, tutorials, and resources tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Track and resolve technical issues by coordinating with internal engineering and support functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities and relevant project experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, app publishing, customer success, advertising technology, or consulting.
- Native proficiency in Mandarin with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly and build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort interpreting dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, and drawing actionable insights from data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in managing user acquisition or publishing for mobile apps or games.
- Experience with measurement platforms such as MMPs, ad networks, or UA tools like AppsFlyer, TikTok Ads, or Facebook.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages.
- Understanding of how attribution, APIs, and SDKs function in mobile ecosystems.
- Demonstrated interest in ad tech or mobile marketing, especially for early-career candidates.
