Resolver is hiring a Customer Success Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of the platform to maximize value and ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of the platform
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand product usage within client organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks
  • Deliver training sessions and product walkthroughs
  • Gather and relay client feedback to product and development teams
  • Support renewal processes by demonstrating value and addressing concerns
  • Develop success plans tailored to individual client goals
  • Track and report on key customer success indicators
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with technical teams during escalations
  • Advocate for client needs across departments
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product enhancements
  • Assist in creating client-facing documentation
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Promote best practices for platform utilization
  • Help identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
  • Contribute to improving customer success processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience in risk management or compliance software
  • Certification in customer success or related discipline
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Prior work with cross-functional implementation teams
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight
