Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, establishing clear success plans with defined goals, milestones, and adoption benchmarks.
- Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of customers, cultivating strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Conduct structured quarterly business reviews using the SPICED framework to assess value delivery, measure impact, identify key events, and align on future actions.
- Track product usage, health indicators, and engagement levels; proactively detect risks and coordinate remediation with support, services, product, and sales teams.
- Translate customer objectives and operational data into tangible business outcomes for executives and operational leaders.
- Identify and validate opportunities for expansion, including additional modules, sites, or services, in partnership with sales teams and tied to customer outcomes.
- Keep CRM and customer success platforms updated with accurate account information, including health scores, SPICED data, forecasts, and risk flags.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive reports and account reviews highlighting customer health, adoption status, risks, renewal outlook, and growth potential.
- Collect and organize product feedback and customer insights, sharing them with product and marketing teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
