Antenna is hiring a Customer Success Manager to grow and manage critical customer relationships. You will serve as an expert advocate for customer business needs, utilizing Antenna's data and resources to meet them. You'll collaborate closely with co-founders, Analytics, Product, and Sales teams to ensure customer success and effective product delivery.
What You'll Do
- Own the customer experience with Antenna and its products, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor and expert on customer needs, challenges, and organization, equipping them with tailored applications of Antenna data.
- Drive new use cases and value by linking customer business objectives to new applications of Antenna data.
- Collaborate with the full commercial team to expand customer relationships and execute growth strategies, tracking customer health metrics.
- Effectively onboard, guide, and support customers through the full lifecycle, showcasing how Antenna supports strategic decision-making.
- Be the voice of the customer for the organization, partnering with the product team to provide feedback and drive feature prioritization.
- Contribute to the evolving customer success playbook, sharing insights to adopt best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A strong track record in customer success or account management roles.
- Experience owning a large book of business and consistently exceeding retention quota.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with technical or complicated products.
- Experience presenting to and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Fascination with the new subscriber economy (streaming, etc.) and deep relationships across that ecosystem.
- Previous experience working inside innovative, high-growth companies trying to disrupt the status quo.
- Experience working with viewership data.
Team & Environment
You will report to the VP, Client Services. You will collaborate regularly with co-founders, Analytics, Product, and Sales teams.
Benefits & Compensation
- Total annual earnings of $90,000 to $120,000 (includes base salary and performance-based quarterly bonus).
- Eligibility for company equity.
Work Mode
This is a remote-first position open to candidates located in the United States. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside senior leaders and grow professionally.
