Halter is hiring a Customer Success Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, starting from the handover from sales to full integration with the customer success team.
• Design and execute onboarding activities tailored to individual customer requirements to support early product adoption.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during onboarding, offering consistent guidance and support.
• Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product departments to ensure a unified customer experience.
• Spot opportunities to refine the onboarding workflow, increasing both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all relevant customer details and insights are accurately transferred during handover to the customer success team.
• Track, analyze, and act on key performance indicators related to onboarding to continuously improve outcomes.
• Keep all internal stakeholders informed with regular updates on onboarding progress, results, and improvement areas.
• Create a welcoming and effective onboarding experience that encourages customer loyalty and advocacy.
