SAS Institute Inc. is looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team in a hybrid role based in São Paulo, Brazil. You will be part of the LATAM Customer Success area, supporting post-sale customer management and helping to ensure our customers derive maximum value from SAS solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in customer management and post-sale related activities.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and relay it to internal teams.
- Support the preparation of reports on SAS usage, engagement, and feedback to track progress and improve customer experience.
- Assist in the development and delivery of reports, training materials, and webinars.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems (Computer Science), or a related field.
- General knowledge of technology.
- Proficiency in Office package (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in report creation and presentations.
- Database tools and/or programming.
